The work
A steadier kind of leadership begins when responsibility stops being a burden and becomes a source of freedom.
Fleet's work sits where inner practice meets consequential action. The goal is not composure for its own sake — it is the capacity to meet complexity without abandoning clarity, humanity, or choice.
